The best thing of the hotel is a very nice quality-price ratio. The rooms are also nice and modern. The hotel offers a nice breakfast with different choices.

2 night stay only to see the opening game of Euro 2024 and also a little of the city. Although a little outside the centre, this was planned to avoid the loud noises at night as well as the centre was just going to be too busy. The Hotel is not far from the Metro stop, it is easy to reach and when arriving you see the reception through the doors. The room was spacious and suited our needs as well as a nice bathroom suite. We were on the 3rd floor and although the view is too far for the centre, it was nice enough. We had no breakfast included only as it was €25 per person so instead we just went out for this and enjoyed the sightseeing at the same time. The hotel has a sauna however we did not use it an there is a bar next to reception and the breakfast area.

Although the room was rather small, it was not uncomfortable at all, and had everything a room needs: a big bed, a decent shower, wide windows, a sufficient closet, and a long desk. Everything was perfectly clean, the temperature control was responsive, it was completely silent, and the blinds granted complete darkness. In addition, the price was below the average in the area.

Nice hotel. Everything corresponds to the description on Booking. Check in and check out in 2 minutes. No problem with payment. The rooms and the entire hotel are clean. The metro station is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Direct line to the central square (16 minutes). We used convenient underground parking (15 euros per day) in the same building. But, you can park for free on the street or on the parking behind the hotel (10 euros). Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There is a safe, a fridge, a coffee machine with tea and coffee sets. The plumbing new and works great. Very comfortable mattress and snow-white bed linen. WI-FI work very well. The air conditioning worked great and the hotel was quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors. There are shops nearby (Lidl and DM) Great option - you could cancel your booking before the day of arrival.

Excellent value for money in Munich. Very close to the U-bahn, easy to get around. Walking distance to grocery stores and there is also a kebab stand right outside the hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious (though I did receive an upgrade from what I booked, which was fantastic!). Highly recommend staying at this hotel. I didn't make use of the amenities aside from my room since I was out during the day. Check-in and out was very smooth and I was given a key card.

The property was perfect. We came for Oktoberfest and it was a great location. Train station was a 2 minute walk and brought you to the nearest station. The bed was super comfy, the front desk staff were amazing and super helpful. The shower and towels were great and the lobby bar was great for a quick drink! Walking distance to many stores and restaurants! 10/10 would stay again when we come back for Oktoberfest!

ACHAT München Süd is located close to the U3 metro station, which can connect you to the city center with a 20-minute ride. The hotel does not provide free parking, but there is free parking on the street in front of the hotel. A large supermarket is located 100 meters away from the hotel. Staff were friendly at the hotel. Rooms are equipped with a capsule coffee machine and free capsules. For your trips to Münich, I would recommend the ACHAT Hotel München Süd.
